Text spills outside div when previewing in browser

Recently I started to see my text in my ASPX page overflow outside my CONTENT div on my MASTER page when previewing in a browser. It looks fine inside Expression Web application but spills when previewing in IE9 and Firefox. I didn't have this problem in the past and I have changed nothing in my format syntax. I've tried several ideas to no avail.
